Boeuf à la moutarde et aux herbes
Ingrédients nécessaires pour 4 personnes
4 faux filets de bœuf irlandais
1 à 2 gousses d’ail finement hachées
une bonne poignée d’herbes hachées
(persil coriandre, basilic …)
1 cuillérée à soupe de vinaigre balsamique
2 cuillérées à soupe de moutarde en grain
beaucoup de poivre noir
3 cuillérées à soupe d’huile d’olive.
Préparation
Bien mélanger les ingrédients et en déposer un peu sur la viande. Laisser reposer 15/20 minutes. Assaisonnez la viande. Préchauffer une poêle avec de l’huile d’olive.
Cuire la viande à votre convenance de chaque côté. Avant de servir, déposer le reste de la préparation sur chaque tranche. Délicieux accompagné de pommes de terre sautées à l’huile d’olive et aux échalottes.
